1 cup pesaluku 18 glass water posi bagaa udikinchi salt pepper vesukuni thinu... energy vasthundhi.. pesalu naana bedithey inkaa easy gaa aruguthundhi..

2 to 3 tulasi aakulu  rojuku 3 saarlu thinu

dry grapes thinu.. night soak chesi koodaa thinochhu..

water melon thinaku..

meeku ghee aragakapothey ghee vaadakunda oil vaadochhu.... kaani ghee increasese digestion fire.
